Not surprisingly, in all of these cases, whether it be mass murder and torture of Jews in the second World War, the slaughter of millions of Vietnamese people or the victims of this particular case, the aggressor is, and has always been, statism. In the 20th century alone, governments have been responsible for over 262 million deaths (source).
